The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members is of utmost importance and we will continue to follow the direction of our regulators and the Public Health Agency, taking proactive measures against COVID-19 and the flu such as frequently cleaning gaming equipment and supplies that guests interface with. Our efforts go beyond just gaming equipment to include frequently touched surfaces including counters, door handles, railings and restrooms. We will also reinforce the importance of hand hygiene with our team members and will regularly communicate to our teams about notifications and guidance from government health care agencies regarding the current COVID-19 situation. Q. During suspended operations – I have / received promotional offers. Will these be honoured?
Effective March 16, all weekly / monthly offers and promotions are considered void. When our Shorelines Casino sites resume operations, our programs will resume with a new offer.
Shorelines Casino birthday offers that fell within the temporary suspension of operations will be extended for thirty (30) days beyond the date of resuming operations.
Q: Will my rewards points, Food & Beverage comps, and free slot play balances expire? Will my loyalty rewards tier level be affected?
No, rewards points, Food & Beverage comps, and free slot play balances will not expire during the suspension of casino operations; however, the expiration clock will start again once we resume operations.
Your loyalty rewards tier level will not be affected.
Q. Will I still qualify for promotional offers by mail and email upon resumption of operations?
All Shorelines Casino promotional offers are based on a specific eligibility criterion over a time period. The eligibility criteria for offers will not include the period the casino suspended operations.
